Option 3: Using the same company
Benefits
1. Manage users in one place
If there are users that need to access all the content then using multiple companies (or servers) wold require set up and configuration of the user in multiple places. By using a single company, the users can be managed in one place.
Similarly, managing the access to content is also centralized since access to scenarios are configured in one place.
Drawbacks
1. There can be a lot of content to manage
If there are a lot of projects, scenarios, and groups used by the various teams, this can get to be a very large number of things to manage in one place and can become quite cumbersome.
2. Company administrators have access to all content and users
There is no way to limit the access of administrators to a subset of the content and users. All administrators have access to everything. If teams need to have team administrators that should not have access to all content in the company then this is not the right option.
